Waves allow you to hold and transfer Ethereum on its blockchain. This works through a so-called Multigateway approach: Ethereum is sent to a user's personal deposit address available in the Lite Client and after the deposit, the user receives an Ethereum token (wETH) on the Waves blockchain. Every single Ethereum token is backed 1:1 with a real Ethereum.

How to deposit Ethereum
Do not deposit ETH from smart contracts!
Check if your wallet or exchange uses smart-contracts to withdraw ETH. We do not accept such transactions and can’t refund them. You will lose that money.
In the Wallet tab of the Lite Client, click on DEPOSIT in the Ethereum box. The following pop-up will appear:
How to deposit through an Ethereum transfer
The process is straight-forward - simply copy paste the shown Ethereum address and send a payment to it. Please note that the minimum deposit is 0.001 Ethereum.
The deposited amount of Ethereum will be sent to your Waves account in form of Ethereum token (wETH).
Processing may take up to 120 minutes.
How to withdraw Ethereum
In the Wallet tab of the Lite Client, click on WITHDRAW in the Ethereum box. The following pop-up will appear.
Simply enter the Ethereum address you want to withdraw to as well as the amount of Ethereum. Please note that the gateway charges 0.001 Ethereum for the network fee as well as 0.001 WAVES. After you have completed the form, click on WITHDRAW and you'll receive Ethereum within few hours at maximum.
Warning: The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.005 ETH
